Dell Introduces Learning Stations

Dell has introduced it's Dell Learning Stations, the first products resulting from the Dell Education Alliance.

The computer systems, designed specifically for the educational field, come with a compatibility and service guarantee and can be customized to fit individual schools' needs.

Systems come standard with the Dell OptiPlex GL 575 system, 8MB RAM, a 540MB hard drive, 4X CD-ROM drive, a SoundBlaster 16 audio card and a three-year warranty.

The following four software suites also come with the systems: Early Explorer Suite; Science Discovery Suite; Nature Discovery Suite; and a Multimedia Reference Library. Dell Computer Corp., Austin, TX, (800) 289-3355; www.dell.com.
