Control Server/Router Power by Remote

The RPC-3 Remote Power Switch, from BayTech, joins the firm's family of remote site management and power control products. Its features include remote on/off, reboot commands, continuous status display, programmable password protection and programmable receptacle names. It also retains receptacle on/off status after power loss.

The RPC-3 provides remote reset control for servers, routers and other devices from 10BASE-T network and EIA-232 connections. When connecting the unit to a TCP/IP network, administrators may access the unit using any TELNET client workstation software, individually controlling up to eight 115 VAC power outlets.
