Canon U.S.A. Inc. (www.canonprojectors.com) recently introduced its lightest, quietest and most versatile projector yet, the 4.9 lb. LV-S3 microportable projector, which can easily be transported between classrooms. Users can enjoy the projector's Silent Mode, which decreases its noise level to 32dB, as well as the projector's 1,250 ANSI lumens of brightness for improved viewing. Its features include a 1.2X Genuine Canon Optical Zoom lens that projects a dramatic 100" theater-sized image from only 10.6' away, making it ideal for small spaces. Canon's LV-S3 is a native SVGA resolution LCD projector with flexible connectivity for presentations from almost any device, including a laptop, digital camcorder, digital camera, DVD player, HDTV or VCR. In addition, educators will benefit from Canon's Presentation Kit, which includes a remote control with a USB remote receiver that can be used as a wireless mouse or to control key projector functions commonly used during presentations.
