NetSupport Giving Away Classroom Management Suite for Chrome

NetSupport has launched a new "technology taster" program that provides free, non-expiring licenses of its classroom management suite to schools that are using Google Chrome-based devices in their 1-to-1 programs.

The suite, NetSupport School, allows educators and administrators to monitor and control individual computers and mobile devices in classroom and remote environments. With NetSupport School, teachers can also conduct polls and quizzes in the classroom and share results on the fly; record keyboard, mouse, and screen activity; and conduct other classroom management functions (such as blocking specific sites, locking keyboards, sharing screens, chatting, etc.). It also provides a Tech Console interface that monitors all computers across the school network, including application and Internet usage on each student PC, in a single view.

Through the technology taster program, schools can receive a 35-user lab license of the software without charge. According to NetSupport, the licenses are permanent, and the software is not feature-limited in any way.

The offer is available for a limited time. Details and registration can be found on NetSupport's site.
