MediaTechnics Corp. has created a new division called BookOnWeb.com. Dedicated to delivering and distributing media-rich books and content over the Web as a BookOnWeb, or on CD-ROM as a BookOnCD, BookOnWeb.com is working with publishers and other partners to efficiently turn books and other traditional print offerings into fully-interactive, online products. A growing number of free BookOnWeb sample titles are available at www.bookonweb.com. The technology enriches the text with how-to videos, animations, pop-up definitions, pronunciation guides, skill tests, eQuizzes, and more in order to enhance and enliven the reading experience.
