System Transforms Admissions Process

NCS' Entrata Electronic Services provide a complete solution to replace paper-based college admission applications and transcripts, simplifying the process for students, high-school counselors and post-secondary admissions staff.

There are three components. Application Services is a Windows-based, multi-user program installed at high schools giving students access to electronic replicas of applications, and helping administrators manage data.

Translation Services is a mapping and translation EDI process that enables high schools and colleges to electronically exchange both transcript and application data using the national SPEEDE/ExPRESS standards.

And Network Services provides integrated, cost-effective networking for all participating schools, using the Internet or a value-added network. NCS, Iowa City, IA, (800) 426-0026, www.ncs.com. W
