Embark’s newestrelationship management tool for higher education, Prospect Relationship Manager (PRM), is comprised of Web-based modules thatcorrespond to the different phases of the college admission process. PRM, theupgraded version of Embark’s Enrollment Services System, provides universitieswith a holistic view of prospective students throughout the admissions cycle.Upgrades to the program include enhanced student e-mail communications, onlinerecommendations and tracking tools.
