PowerSchool, Inc. recently distributed Version 2.0 of the PowerSchool Web-based student information system (SIS). The upgrade streamlines tasks and increases information access for teachers. Version 2.0 includes a completely redesigned interface for all users with a simplified logon screen, a common navigation bar and customization tools for setting individual preferences. It also allows access to online and print versions of the updated UserGuide. Version 2.0's most substantial overall upgrade was designed to improve information access for teachers so they can track the overall progress of their students.
