Discreet offers several software applications for any digital imaging need: Cleaner Streaming Studio, Cleaner 5 and Combustion 2. Cleaner Streaming Studio is a set of desktop streaming media tools for digital media Webcasting, editing, authoring, mastering and publishing of on-demand or live event Web content. The suite comes with Cleaner Live, Cinestream and Cleaner. The tools in the suite let users post live Windows Media or RealMedia streams to Web sites, capture digital video and Webcasting streams simultaneously, and preview stream quality before Webcasting. Users can also perform full DV nonlinear editing and use Cinestream's timeline-based interactivity authoring for video-on-demand (VoD). With Cleaner, users have an advanced and powerful set of content mastering options for VoD stream creation at their disposal.

Cleaner 5 captures, formats, encodes and publishes high-quality streaming media in the major formats, including QuickTime, RealSystem, Windows Media and MP3 at a wide range of connection speeds. The software's EventStream authoring allows users to add stream navigation, synchronize HTML to streaming media, embed links and interactive hot spots, and more. Its built-in StreamPublisher technology lets users publish finished projects directly to a streaming server. It also comes with advanced features, such as batch processing, Windows and Mac scripting, as well as XML-based settings.

Combustion 2 provides a single, unified application for paint, motion graphics design, animation and compositing. It comes with advanced keying, color correction, tracking, grain management and masking tools. It has a fully integrated, interactive particle system with real-time preview and OpenGL acceleration. The software has a powerful character generator for nondestructive character animation and text effects, as well as advanced, interactive "rotoscoping" for merging live action with animated effects.
