Samsung Techwin America Winter Superhero Competition Complete
Austin Hall, a fifth-grader at Blissfield Elementary School in Michigan, has won the Samsung Techwin America Winter Superhero Competition.
The competition, presented quarterly by Samsung Techwin America's Electronic Imaging Division, is open to students in grades K through 12, and asks competitors to portray a historical character in a digital video of one to three minutes.
Videos are judged on presentation performance, character and content accuracy, and content quality. One winner is selected in each competition to receive $500 cash and a SAMCAM 860 document camera for their class.
Videos for the spring competition are due June 17. Autumn competition entries are due September 23.
