Unit Monitors IP Traffic Over Asynchronous Lines

The DominoWAN Internetwork Analyzer can monitor IP over asynchronous lines, thus allowing the unit to decode PPP and SLIP over the lines. No other protocol analyzer has the capability, says the manufacturer. Districts and colleges can use the unit to monitor and troubleshoot their remote-access lines, which are increasingly being used by students and staff. Winner of Data Communications' Hot Products Award for 1995, the DominoWAN is designed as a portable tool for field service technicians.
