CPU Upgrades Speed Up Processing Times

Kingston's TurboChip and Lightning 486 processor upgrades provide a cost-effective solution for obtaining high-end 486 performance. The TurboChip upgrades 486DX4-based 16, 20, 25, or 33MHz computers, increasing CPU performance up to a claimed 180%. One simply replaces the existing 486 chip with this clock-tripled AMD 486DX4 processor, which features 8K internal cache, a built-in math coprocessor and fan plus 32-bit processing. For 386DX-based 16, 20, 25, or 33MHz systems, the Lightning 486 provides 486 power. Lightning 486 uses IBM's Blue Lightning processor and are compatible with both ISA and PS/2 desktop computers, and come with 16K internal cache. Both upgrades are backed by a lifetime warranty and free technical support. Kingston Technology Corp., Fountain Valley, CA, (800) 337-8410.
