Indexing System Is Faster and Easier

Indexicon 2.0 for WordPerfect 6.1 for Windows and Microsoft Word 6.0 for Windows is now available. Indexicon -- an innovative indexing system using natural language processing to analyze and index documents and locate significant terms and phrases to automatically generate a back-of-the-book style index -- has been significantly upgraded. The basic parsing engine at the heart of Indexicon 2.0 is much faster than the original version, and has improved handling of proper nouns and names. Other new features include a full service Index Entry Editor that allows users to easily modify or find any entry within an index. New paragraph-by-paragraph processing enables Indexicon to handle tables, multiple column text and bulleted lists. LexEdit, which allows users to build control lists to alter indexing decisions to emphasize the priorities of their own fields and specialties, is now included. Free 30-day evaluation copies of Indexicon 2.0 are available on Iconovex's Web site at www. iconovex.com, as is special educator pricing. Iconovex Corp., Bloomington, MN, (800) 943-0292. W
