JDL Sells Internet Servers to K-12

JDL has been named the national K-12 provider for educational configurations of Digital Equipment Corp.'s Internet servers. DEC's Internet-ready systems include Windows NT Web AlphaServers pre-configured with Web server software for secure transactions and powered by an Alpha microprocessor, as well as Rackmount AlphaServer systems pre-configured with Windows NT or DEC's UNIX Internet Server software. In addition, DEC's Easy Web Server is an entry-level Windows NT system prepackaged with everything needed to get users up and running on the Web in under 10 minutes.
