Partner Program Gives Focused Lotus Training

The Lotus Education Academic Partner (LEAP) Program offers college students the technical education they need to prepare for Certified Lotus Professional examinations and to graduate with a marketable knowledge of Lotus products &emdash; Lotus Notes, cc: Mail, SmartSuite and all Lotus Companion Products.

The special program for higher education is designed to provide students with highly sought after training, such as implementing Notes enterprise-wide.

Under the LEAP program, colleges can add courses to a degree program, broaden a continuing education curriculum or supplement a certificate program.

Participating institutions get software for program management as well as for licensed use in LEAP classrooms. They also receive significant discounts on Lotus courseware through Lotus Academic Pricing. LEAP is open to colleges and universities worldwide.

"Partner" support includes a dedicated account manager from Lotus, membership in their Business Partner Program, the Lotus Education Help Line and Lotus Fax Support, plus access to key Notes databases of information. Regional and national meetings will be held where ideas and information can be shared with other participants.
