Sharp Unit Projects in Stereoscopic 3D

Tailored for medical, simulation and industrial design applications, the XV-3D LCD data/video projector incorporates Sharp's six-panel LCD technology and two high-brightness optical engines to deliver a stereoscopic 3D image. A single-lens design eliminates the need to adjust respective right eye and left eye picture positions when projecting 3D images. In addition, the lens' power zoom/focus function enables projection of super-bright images measuring 100" to 300" from a ceiling-mounted or tabletop location. The XV-3D offers worldwide video source compatibility, a long-life 350-watt metal halide lamp and multiple input and output terminals. Its LCD system is immune to electromagnetic interference and thermal drift. Sharp Professional Products, Mahwah, NJ, (201) 529-8731, www.sharp-usa.com.
