National Instruments is offering a multimedia CD- ROM for Windows 95/3.1 PCs and Macintosh/Power Mac computers that provides extensive information and demonstration versions of the firm's application software packages. The CD also includes details on real customer applications in a variety of industries. The CD, titled The Software Showcase, features National Instruments' virtual instrumentation packages including LabVIEW graphical instrumentation software; LabWindows/CVI visual development software; ComponentWorks software for Visual Basic 4.0; Measure software for Microsoft Excel; and VirtualBench turnkey virtual instruments.
