Software Helps Libraries Link to Each Other

With Winnebago Union CAT, libraries within a school district can be easily linked to each other or to a university or public library. Each library's holdings are displayed at the workstation, searchable by key words or phrases, Boolean logic, author, call number or user-defined indexes. Staff and patrons will appreciate the advanced features of Interlibrary Loan version 5.1 such as online help, dial-up access via modem and the ability to display the status of interlibrary loan (ILL) materials. Patrons can print bibliographies, while staff can print reports on loan frequency, interlibrary loans and more. Multiple passwords provide increased security.
