IBM PC Factory Outlet is a one-stop shopping source for a whole range of IBM-brand desktop computers and notebooks. There are overstock, refurbished and discontinued models, as well as new and withdrawn products. Available are ThinkPads, Aptiva machines, ValuePoint systems, monitors and more. 

All products through the outlet have a 15-day customer satisfaction guarantee. Refurbished units are identified and contain used parts. 

Educators can e-mail a request for the Outlet's current offering list; they can also subscribe by e-mail to be automatically notified whenever new products are added or special sales offered.
