Visit China & East Africa Via CCCnet


Computer Curriculum Corp. (CCC) has introduced two new virtual fieldtrips, available via CCCnet (www.cccnet.com) and Edscape (www.edscape.com).

Charting China and Charting East Africa both take students on structured journeys, exposing them to diverse geography, history, language and culture. Upon completion of either fieldtrip, students can publish their discoveries and commentaries on the Web for other students to enjoy.

Charting China introduces four of China's principal cities: Beijing, Nanjing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Charting East Africa takes students to Kenya's coast, the Kakamega Forest, the Serengeti Plain and Spice Island.
