Math.com Launches with Free Lessons

Math.com offers unlimited access to 60 free, interactive multimedia lessons covering algebra, geometry and basic mathematics. The new Web site offers math help for students, as well as for everyday math problems, such as calculating mortgages and converting recipes. Among the services offered are homework help, references, tools and tutoring services, assessment testing, interactive math games, and advice for parents and teachers. A community area offers free e-mail, homepages and discussion groups. The site targets students, teachers, parents and adults with tools and services tailored for math education.
