Higher-education service providers Collegis and Eduprise have merged to form CollegisEduprise Inc., a provider of comprehensive technology-related, strategic implementation and support services. The newly formed company will serve as the parent corporation to Collegis and Eduprise, which will continue to operate as independent companies from their respective headquarters in Florida and North Carolina.

The agreement gives colleges and universities a one-stop resource for the academic and administrative components of higher education through the integrated use of high-tech infrastructure, Web-based and Web-enhanced learning, and an array of instructional and administrative technologies designed to help an institution achieve its goals.
