Premio Computer's New Desktop

Premio Computer's new Aries 845M desktop system offers an option for customers looking for an inexpensive way to upgrade to Intel Pentium 4 capabilities from their existing Pentium III or Celeron desktops. Designed with a compact form factor, the Aries 845M fits nicely into home and education environments.

Measuring 7" x 14.5" x 16", the new high-performance system is powered by the Intel Pentium 4 socket 478-based processor and supports speeds up to 2.0 GHz and higher. The Aries 845M incorporates the Intel 845 chipset and includes a 400 MHz front side bus with Intel NetBurst micro-architecture. Three PCI slots, one CNR slot and one AGP 4x slot allow for increased expandability and upgrades. Memory support features two Error Check and Correction (ECC) and Non-ECC DIMM slots for up to 2 GB of PC 133 SDRAM. The Aries 845M also integrates with a variety of peripherals and features two full IDE busmastering channels - up to ATA - 100 support - two serial/COM ports, one parallel port and two 12 Mps USB ports.
