ISTE and NECA Merge

Members of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) and the National Educational Computing Association have voted to merge the two organizations. The resulting organization will retain the ISTE name with headquarters in Washington, D.C. According to board co-president Cathleen Norris, the merger strengthens the organizations' mutual efforts to support improved learning, teaching and administration through appropriate uses of technology.
