Digital Duplication - Xerox

The Xerox DocuColor 2240 makes color printing fast and easy. It offers standard features such as enhanced copy, scan and print capabilities; high-paper capacity; and a duplexing automatic document feeder. It uses Xerox's environmentally friendly EA toner, making the DocuColor 2240 a high-quality and cost-efficient solution for color printing and document management needs. The 2240 can print 22 ppm in full color and 40 ppm in black and white. It also has 512 MB of memory and a 10 GB hard disk drive to hold large jobs. The Embedded Xerox Controller allows the user to multitask: While one job is being received, another can be processed, and a third can be printed or copied. With Intermediate Belt Transfer, a Belt Fuser and Trickle Charge Development, the unit produces precise text, true-to-life images and exact color. The user can also select the resolution for each job up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi for printing and 600 x 600 dpi for copying. A "Photo Mode" option is also available for copying important photographic documents. Xerox Corp., (800) ASK-XEROX, www.xerox.com.
