iRespond Releases Mini-Tablet, Enhanced Software for Student Response Platform
##AUTHORSPLIT##<--->
iRespond has announced the addition of new hardware and software products to its student response system platform, designed to enhance the user experience for both teachers and students.
Topping the list of new offerings, the company's iRespond Mini-Tablet gives teachers full control of their PC from anywhere in the classroom. iRespond Now!, bundled free with version 6.0 of iRespond's Teacher Dashboard software, allows instructors to use iRespond with any third-party software program, expanding the platform's capabilities. And, finally, the company has enhanced the iRespond-Touch system software to include capture technology, allowing students to write directly on their touch panel remotes and then send the information to the teacher for grading.
Other additions to the version 6.0 software include the ability to create and modify PowerPoint slides without leaving the iRespond platform, as well as the ability to import tests from Microsoft Word with a single click.
According to the company, all iRespond hardware both is Mac OS X- and Windows-compatible and can be used with the version 6.0 software release.
