Complete Data Warehouse 13 Adds Modules, Enhanced Relationship Tracking

eScholar has released a new version of Complete Data Warehouse, its information management and analysis tool, with enhanced tracking of the relationships between assessments, academic standards, and courses.

CDW is available in versions for preK-12 schools, CDW-PK12, and higher education institutions, CDW-PS. CDW-PK12 includes more than 3,000 data elements covering student and staff demographics, courses, assessments, programs and services, facilities, finance, and others. CDW-PS features more than 500 data elements covering institution and campus attributes, facts, and history, student and staff demographics, qualifications, student educational background, courses, course enrollment, degrees earned, financial aid, transfer information, and more.

Both versions include built-in data loading, transformation, quality, and management capabilities.

Features new to this version include:

  • Improved support for linking students, teachers, and classes with the ability to track staff responsibility weight for each class;
  • A streamlined workflow for configuring data quality rules;
  • New modules, including a suite of administrative utilities; and
  • Support for National Student Clearinghouse data.

Current CDW customers will receive the updates automatically.
