Online Tool Measures State, District Progress on Every Student Succeeds Act

A new online tool from Chiefs for Change, a nonprofit network of state and district education leaders, aims to make it easier for state and district leaders to set learning goals and measure progress under the Every Student Succeeds Act.

The Student Growth Simulator was created in collaboration with Johns Hopkins University School of Education and education technology firm Tembo. Users can enter an indicator, select a target year and input current data on students (size of each student subgroup, etc.) to calculate their progress.

Further information is available on the Student Growth Simulator site.
