Boone County SD Expands Digital Language-Learning Program

Following a successful pilot program, Boone County School District (BCSD) is expanding its language-learning program to an additional 14 elementary schools and five middle schools for the 2016-2017 academic year. The third largest school district in Kentucky previously launched a pilot program in 2013 in which approximately 1,700 students at two elementary schools used language-learning software from Rosetta Stone, according to an EconoTimes report. BCSD is now expanding the program to reach half of its student population (more than 10,500 students), in an effort to improve college and career readiness.

Further information is available on the Rosetta Stone site.
