Arizona State Compiles Free Resources for Remote K–12 Learners

Arizona State University has developed a hub to support remote learners "at any age." ASU for You consists of a collection of content, courses, training videos, tutoring, textbook replacements, professional development for educators, and workforce retraining resources.

Among free K-12 resources are these:

• Free tutoring, scheduled by subject (math, English language arts, science and social studies) and available through Zoom sessions. https://www.asuprepdigital.org/asu-for-you/#free_tutoring

• A catalog of free online course materials, from from art history to world history. https://www.asuprepdigital.org/asu-for-you/#free_online

• Training videos to help teachers and parents make the move to remote instruction, including topics on learning management systems, student information systems, effective communication, parent engagement and maintaining academic integrity. https://www.asuprepdigital.org/school-training-support/

• Additional links for teachers to help them on the transition, based on student grade level and modality (real-time, on-demand and blended). https://education.asu.edu/teaching-resources-k-12-educators
