Snap Mobile Acquires 8to18 and SchoolCNXT

Snap Mobile, parent company of the Snap Raise high school fundraising platform, today announced it has acquired CNXT Digital, the software company consisting of 8to18 and SchoolCNXT, furthering Snap Mobile’s goal to become a “full-service administrative support platform that services every need of high school administrators, athletic directors, coaches and group leaders,” according to a news release.

8to18 Digital software helps athletic directors manage sports and activity programs with functions like scheduling and logistics, roster management and communications tools, and SchoolCNXT is a two-way multi-language translation and messaging tool; both will be integrated into Snap Mobile's fundraising and administrative products, the company said.

Snap Mobile’s Snap Raise fundraising platform for high schools and youth activities has been used by more than 15,000 unique schools and organizations nationwide, the company said.
