SCHOLARSHIP: The 100 Degrees Online Grant and Scholarship program

DESCRIPTION: eCollege.com announced that 100 students and 100 colleges and universities will receive $12 million in scholarships and grants to foster access to online education. The program will provide grants to faculty and institutions to build degrees offered entirely online. Scholarships will be given to students to take accredited classes and earn complete degrees without physically attending class.
