Polaroid Education Program

The Polaroid Education Program (800-662-8337; www.polaroid.com/education) focuses on promoting the importance of visual stimulation. The program has reached classrooms nationwide since 1986, expanding the use of visual communication by providing educators and students with tools to help incorporate visual learning into their curriculum. For early learners, Polariod suggests using instant cameras to develop color identification and counting skills. To do this, teachers and students are encouraged to take pictures of objects so they can later describe their color, quantity and shape.
