Company Offers Lowered Educational Prices for Palm OS Products

DataViz, Inc. has announced a new educational pricing schedule for its Palm OS products. This line of products includes Documents To Go Professional Edition and Desktop To Go, which together empower users with Outlook, Word, Excel and more on Palm-powered handheld computers. DataViz is hopeful that its lower prices for the education market will enable more schools to benefit from Palm software. With Documents To Go, students and educators can view and edit Word, Excel and other files right on the handheld, and bring changes back to the desktop during synchronization. Relevant files include class syllabi, lecture notes, research, reports and class schedules. Desktop To Go provides Microsoft Outlook users with the ability to synchronize the Palm handheld Date Book, Address Book, To Do List and Memo Pad with Outlook information. Students and educators can record assignments, exam dates and other important information onto their Palm handheld. DataViz, Inc., Trumbull, CT, (202) 268-0030, www.dataviz.com.
