Schools May Receive Free Reference Software

As part of a retail promotion during the month of October, students who purchase ABC World Reference: 3D Atlas will receive one free copy of the software for their school.3D Atlas has already sold over a million copies and has received numerous awards, including the 1995 International EMMA Award for "Best International Product" and "BestInformation and Reference Product."Students can access and print out photographs and text on over 180 countries, citing statistics on population, environmental issues, etc. in classroom presentations or reports.Thousands of satellite images, based on data from NASA and Russian spy satellites, let one explore locations from both an aerial and street-level perspective.3D Atlas is the first title in the ABC World Reference Line, from Creative Wonders, a joint venture between Capital Cities/ABC and Electronic Arts.
