Billed as one of the first early–;learning products with built–;in Internet capabilities, Davidson's Kid Works Deluxe lets children share their creations with others online via e–;mail.

The CD–;ROM provides numerous tools to write, illustrate, narrate and publish stories, journals, letters, p'ems and more. Stories can be read aloud using the multiple voices of First Byte's patented text–;to–;speech technology.

Young authors also may add ¼ctures, stickers, animation, sounds effects, narration and character voices to their work. Over 100 story starter ideas offer text, questions and ¼ctures to stimulate creativity.
