Remote Access System Includes Firewall

WebRover combines Shiva's LanRover remote access server and Integrator router products with a security firewall from Raptor Systems to provide a complete solution for analog and ISDN dial-in and dial-out with dedicated access to the Internet via a leased-line connection.

End users enjoy universal access to public and private networks on the road, at home or in the office. For example, an instructor on the road could work on a project stored on the office LAN and, during that same session, browse the Internet and download related information.

Security options range from username and password authentication to IP filtering and PAP support. Plus, the Shiva Network Services Division provides a range of consulting, deployment and field services.
