Disc Chronicles Bosnian Conflict

Lord David Owen's Balkan Odyssey: Academic Edition boasts an Archival Database with original documentation on the numerous peace plans as well as U.N. Security Council reports and resolutions. The CD-ROM also contains the full text of the book by Lord Owen, who was co-chairman of the International Conference on the Former Yugoslavia and co-author of the Vance-Owen Peace Plan. Since stepping down as Peace Envoy, Lord Owen has dedicated himself to chronicling the war in Bosnia. The Archival Database offers counterpoints to Lord Owen's memoirs, enabling scholars and students to formulate their own conclusions about the conflict. Archives can be printed or exported to a word processor for research reports. The Balkan Odyssey disc also includes extensive video footage from the BBC, detailed maps from the UK Ministry of Defense and photographs by Inaki Garcia.
