Proxima Announces New Online Contest

Proxima Corp., maker of desktop projectors, announced a new contest for educators, which will run February through June.

The new online game -- So You Think You're So Bright! -- lets educators test their knowledge and aptitude on multimedia, plus learn a few new tricks along the way.

Participants have several ways to become eligible for numerous prizes: monthly prizes, bonus gifts and a grand prize package. Prizes will include Proxima presentation equipment and software, and an array of products from participating partners.

Last year, the firm sponsored a "Win With Proxima!" contest in which over $30,000 in computer and projection equipment was awarded to teachers who submitted ideas for the most creative use of projection equipment in the classroom.
