Visual development tools for Java, well suited to educationís dynamic and Web-fertile ground, are evolving. And newly available is Symantecís Visual Cafe.

Aptly enough, Visual Cafe uses JavaBeans to supply developers with over 100 pre-built components. These pre-made Java kernels, combined with Rapid Application Development architecture and some other tricks, enable quick start-to-finish application creation. Tricks include two-way programming, live Java controls and layout management functions.
