According to an Internet report released by QED (Quality Education Data), the number of schools using the Internet has increased from 82% in 1998 to 89% in 1999. QED projects that Internet access availability for the 1999-2000 school year will be 100%, an increase of 22% over the past two years. The report also shows that Bess filtering from N2H2 was the most frequently used filtering solution in K-12 schools.
