The All-in-Wonder 128 board from ATI has a Digital VCR functionality that allows a PC to be programmed to record favorite TV shows. Also, a "smart" TV tuner lets users watch TV through their PCs and allows for such applications as still and motion video capture and capturing closed caption transcripts.
