Gateway, Inc. has rolled out a new service program for education customers called TechSource, which provides support, remote monitoring and resolution for Gateway systems and other major PC brands. The system uses Gateway Country stores as technology resource centers with a dedicated team of local technology experts. These experts perform on-site evaluations, technology audits and long-range planning, while remote representatives provide technical and basic how-to support.

TechSource can be accessed by phone or online, and can be set up as an advanced resource for IT managers only or as a general support center for calls from teachers, administrators or faculty staff.
