The system uses Gateway Country stores as technology resource centers with a dedicated team of local technology experts. These experts perform on-site evaluations, technology audits and long-range planning, while remote representatives provide technical and basic how-to support.

TechSource can be accessed by phone or online, and can be set up as an advanced resource for IT managers only or as a general support center for calls from teachers, administrators or faculty staff.
