Online Platform Helps Forecast Student Enrollment

##AUTHORSPLIT##<--->

Total School Solutions and Helm Solutions Group have recently teamed up to release iSchoolFinder.com version 3, a resource aimed at helping school districts forecast future student enrollment.

The new Web-based platform uses Google Maps technology in conjunction with current-year enrollment data to help schools project future enrollment numbers for class size and budgetary planning. During a demonstration with the Twin Rivers Unified School District, the companies were able to load, map, and forecast 2009-2010 enrollments with 99 percent accuracy.

"HSG has taken our ideas and quickly turn them into successful solutions for education," Tahir Ahad, president of TSS, in a prepared statement. "They help us design and build systems one version at a time and deliver real value to our clients."

The companies are already planning future releases of iSchoolFinder.com to include additional features such as bus route management and "enhanced multi-year forecasting."
