In this video interview, Ryan Imbriale, executive director of digital learning for Baltimore County Public Schools, discusses how his district planned its 1-to-1 rollout for 18 months before devices were distributed to a select group of early adopters.

He also shares why the district gave students a large voice in choosing a hybrid laptop/tablet, why the rollout started in elementary schools, and why teachers had their devices long before students did.
