LeapFrog Introduces Smart Building Blocks

LeapFrog is entering the construction toy market with an interactive set of blocks called LeapBuilders.

LeapFrog wants to provide kids with a new way to learn with LeapBuilders, a new take on classic block play that combines technology and interactive curriculum-based learning content. LeapBuilders playsets feature electronic Smart Star cube and double-sided learning blocks. When a learning block is inserted into the interactive Smart Star, the blocks will respond with sounds, educational songs and learning content such as colors, numbers and letters.

Each of the LeapBuilders sets are recommended for ages two years and up and are available now at major retailers. These sets include:
