Late Breaks...Cable in the Classroom

Cable in the Classroom’s (CIC) Professional Development Institute is now accredited by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training to grant Professional Development Institute attendees continuing education units. The accreditation is the culmination of a yearlong process, and means that now educators can receive credit while learning through hands-on workshops how to integrate technology into their lesson plans. During the past two years, CIC has trained more than 25,000 educators in more than 1,200 workshops. All workshops are provided free of charge as a public service of the cable communications industry.
