Web Package Helps Schools Design, Maintain Sites

Schools, districts, colleges and universities can have professionally designed and easily maintained Web sites through a package that combines the Internet design and marketing experience of the Kennedy Group with the power of a new Web site management tool from Precision Systems Concepts called enTouch-Suite.

enTouch-Suite is built on the open IBM Lotus Notes Domino platform, enabling users to maintain Web sites without knowing HTML or other Web-authoring technologies. The tool features a collaborative workflow design that allows users to use Lotus Notes to type in information and then apply it to Kennedy's designed section templates. Or the user can forgo the templates by typing the Web site information into Lotus Notes, designating where it should be posted and for how long, then e-mailing their submission to an assigned site administrator for approval. Once the content is approved, the administrator can immediately post it, or apply it to the specified section template and then post it. Multiple postings can be made as well.
