Produce Photo ID Or Graphic ID Cards

The PlastiCard 5100 Printer sports a number of standard functions that make it a cost-effective solution for producing photo and graphic ID cards. An LCD panel shows the status of every step including ribbon format setting, error history and self-diagnostics.

The printer's dual-card memory simultaneously stores either two ID cards or one card and separate graphics, while in-line flip-over stations permit both sides of cards to be printed in a single pass, including barcode and magnetic stripe encoding. Other highlights are resettable and non-resettable counters plus automatic control of reject cards for maximum ID card security.

Besides Windows and Macintosh drivers, the PlastiCard 5100 provides open-system interfaces to popular card production and graphic design software. Plastic Card Systems, Inc., Marlboro, MA, (508) 229-2470.
